Ironman Maryland Run Aid Station
Join Annapolis Tri Club's biggest volunteer event of the year and give back to the race community at IMMD! Sign up for as many shifts as you can and come enjoy the party. Lots of cheering and music! Friends, kids, and family are encouraged to sign up also. We need 80 volunteers! No experience necessary. Hand out water and other nutrition to athletes during the run.

July 24, 5:30 pm, Open Water Swim at Kim’s House on Aberdeen Creek. If the jellyfish are bad, we will kayak or SUP (bring your own or borrow one). You will need to sign a liability waiver. Walk around the back to the dock.
No Drop Bike Ride
Wheels down at 8 AM Sharp. Arrive at 7:50 AM. All paces welcome. Social ride. Normal route is 18 miles leaving from South River High. ~1.5 hrs. This is a no drop ride meaning no one will be left behind. We will stop and regroup at turns to allow everyone be part of the ride. Rides will be canceled if forecast is for severe weather.
Helmets required. Lights and tire repair kit encouraged. Check Facebook for updates.

Club OWS is scheduled for Friday, 5:00-7:00 pm at kim's house in Annapolis. This event is only open to club members. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver. Send a board member or Kim a message if you need the address. Bring a swim buoy if you have one.Hope to see you there.

Join us outside at the Severan Park Taphouse for May T3. There is a Jazz Band playing outdoors, and it should be a good time for all.
CPR Training
The club has an opportunity for CPR certification for its members. The class will include on-line and in-person training and testing. The cost is $55, which is discounted. Chili Cook-Off and gear swap
Join us for chili cook-off and gear swap. There will be prizes for the top 3 chilies, chosen by attendees. The rules for the gear swap are, bring anything you no longer want, take anything you see you do want, and you must take your unclaimed items home. Hope to see you soon! Gabi will coach us on stroke technique, sighting, relaxation, and transition from the swim to bike.

Jump on whatever indoor bike you have whether it is a peloton, a wahoo kicker, or an old Johnny G spin bike. We will all meet on Zoom and go through a ride set to music together.
